DEALING IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Listings Requirements, Bosjacob (Proprietary)
Limited (“Bosjacob”) purchased the following Premium linked units on 22 February 2013:
1 261 277 Premium linked units at a price of R18.00 per linked unit on the open market, with a
total value of R22 702 986.
Non-executive chairman Sharon Wapnick and managing director Jeffrey Wapnick each have an indirect
beneficial holding of 33.3% in the share capital of Bosjacob respectively.
Clearance to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
