RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR

JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr Gary Knight has
resigned as an executive director of the Company with effect from
28 February 2013. Mr Knight leaves to pursue his personal interests
and will continue to work with the Company in a consultancy capacity.
The board wishes to thank Mr Knight for his valued contribution to the
Company and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
