RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of the Kelly Group are hereby advised that the
requisite majority of shareholders approved all of the ordinary
and special resolutions tabled at the Company’s annual general
meeting held today, 26 February 2013.
The applicable special resolution will be filed with the
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
