Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of shareholders held today, Wednesday,
27 February 2013, the special resolution proposed at the general meeting to adopt the
Company’s new Memorandum of Incorporation was approved by the shareholders.
The new Memorandum of Incorporation will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission.
