CHANGES TO BOARD RESPONSIBILITIES
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited the following information is provided:
Imperial wishes to announce that Mr TS Gcabashe has
stepped down as chairman of the Remuneration and
Nomination committee (“the committee”) in order to bring
the chairmanship of the committee in line with the
recommendations of King 3. Mr Gcabashe will continue as
member of the committee and chairman of the board.
Mr RJA Sparks, who is an independent non-executive
member, has been appointed as the chairman of the
committee with immediate effect.
