Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements released on SENS relating to the possible acquisition by
Efficient of Thebe Investment Corporation (Proprietary) Limited’s 74.9% shareholding in Thebe Stockbroking
(Proprietary) Limited (the “proposed transaction”).
Shareholders are advised that negotiations between the parties in regard to the proposed transaction have been
terminated. Accordingly shareholders are no longer required to exercise caution when dealing in their securities in
the company.
