RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Ms E Viljoen will resign as company secretary of Blue Label with effect from 30 April 2013 to
pursue a new career opportunity.
The company has initiated a process to appoint a successor and a further announcement will be
made in due course.
The board of directors would like to thank Ms Viljoen for her valuable contribution during her tenure
and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
