COMMITTEE AMENDMENTS
With effect from 1 March 2013, the Nomination and Remuneration
Committee will be split in line with King 3 and the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited.
As such the Nomination Committee will be chaired by Mr Chris
Seabrooke with Mr Nigel Matthews and Mrs Mary Bomela as members.
The Remuneration Committee will be chaired by Mrs Mary Bomela
with Messrs Chris Seabrooke and Nigel Matthews as members.
