NOTICE OF AN ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN BCX ORDINARY SHARES
(“SHARES”)
In accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, and Section 122 of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008,
shareholders are advised that Investec Asset Management Holdings
(Proprietary) Limited (“Investec”) has notified the Company that it's
beneficial holding in shares has increased from 14.91% to 15.02%.
Accordingly, the holding by Investec represents 15.02% of the voting
rights in the Company.
