CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, DigiCore hereby advises that Dr. Lindiwe
Msengana-Ndlela (“Lindiwe”) has tendered her resignation as Non-
executive director from the board effective yesterday, 28
February 2013.
Lindiwe has been appointed to take up the post of City Manager
at the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan Municipality and for
reasons of good corporate governance has chosen to resign from
the board.
The board wishes to thank Lindiwe for her valued contribution
over the past two years and congratulates her on her new
appointment and wishes her well for the future.
