NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND POSTING OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT
Fountainhead unitholders ("Unitholders") are advised that Fountainhead will post its Integrated
Annual Report (“Integrated Report”) containing its audited annual financial statements for the
financial year ended 30 September 2012 to Unitholders on Monday, 4 March 2013.
The Integrated Report will also be available on Fountainhead`s website from Monday, 4 March
2013 at www.fountainheadproperty.co.za. Unitholders are referred to the Audited Final Results
announcement for the year ended 30 September 2012 as published on SENS on Thursday, 1
November 2012. There were no changes to the results published in that announcement and those
contained in the Integrated Report.
