ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the disposal of property announcement released on SENS
on 1 February 2013 and are advised that the suspensive conditions were not timeously
fulfilled, but that the parties are proceeding with negotiations. Shareholders are
accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities
until a further announcement is made.
