RESULTS OF MEETING OF NEWGOLD GOLD BULLION DEBENTURE HOLDERS (“GOLD
DEBENTURE HOLDERS”)
Gold Debenture Holders are advised that the special resolutions tabled at a meeting held on
1 March 2013 to, inter alia, adopt a new Memorandum of Incorporation and to amend the Terms and
Conditions of the Gold Bullion Debentures have been passed.
The special resolutions and the Memorandum of Incorporation will be lodged with the Companies and
Intellectual Properties Commission in due course.
