Changes to the board
In compliance with Rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, Infrasors shareholders are advised of
the following:
With effect from 4 March 2013, Mr H. Stephen Courtney, who served initially as an executive
director and since 1 March 2011 as Deputy non-executive chairman, has resigned from his position.
Mr Hugh. S Courtney, appointed as an alternate director to Mr H. Stephen Courtney on 24 May
2012, as a result of the above, also resigns from his position, effective 4 March 2013.
The Infrasors board of directors would like to thank Mr Stephen Courtney and Mr Hugh Courtney for
the valuable contributions they have made to the Company during their tenures on the Board.
