RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 12 July 2012, and the subsequent renewal of
cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 23 January 2013, shareholders are advised
that certain aspects of the Transaction Agreement entered into between FoneWorx and the vendors
of Value+ Nettwork Proprietary Limited are in the process of being renegotiated and shareholders
should therefore continue to exercise caution when dealing in FoneWorx’ securities until a further
announcement is made.
