CORPORATE BOND
Shareholders are advised that the Company is pursuing the possibility of
issuing a corporate bond in the initial amount of approximately
R250 000 000, depending on market conditions.
The proceeds of the bond will be used to replace the existing short term
funding of the rapidly expanding finance lease book in Centrafin (Pty) Ltd,
the Company’s financial services subsidiary, and to fund future growth of
that book.
The term of the bond is expected to be a maximum of three years.
