Resignation of board member
Jacko Maree is retiring as Group Chief Executive of Standard Bank Group today. He is accordingly
resigning from the board of directors of Liberty Holdings Limited.
The Board expresses appreciation for the enormous contribution, support and wisdom that Jacko has
brought to the Liberty Board.
Standard Bank Group will nominate a replacement board member in due course.
