Shareholders are advised that, at the General Meeting of Gooderson shareholders held on 6 March 2013, convened in
terms of the notice of general meeting contained in the circular to shareholders dated 25 January 2013, all the resolutions
were passed by the requisite majorities of votes of shareholders present and represented by proxy.
The special resolutions where applicable, will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (“CIPC”)
in due course.
