RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 25 May 2012, and the subsequent renewal of cautionary
announcements, the last of which was dated 24 January 2013, the board of directors of QPG (“the Board”)
confirms that the Board is still engaging with legal advisors to assess the impact of the liquidation of the
Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, A Million Up Investments Proprietary Limited.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities, until a further announcement is made.
