The Company has received notification that Mr Gavin J Watson has disposed of his entire beneficial interest
in the Company, reducing his beneficial interest from 11.10% to 0%.
Bosasa Operations Proprietary Limited has notified the Company that it has increased its beneficial interest
in the Company from 0% to 11.10%.
