CURRENCY CONVERSION INTERIM CASH DIVIDEND
Further to the interim cash dividend declared on 14 February
2013 and payable on 11 March 2013, notice of which was
released on SENS on 14 February 2013, the rand to sterling
conversion rate that will be used in calculating the sterling
amount payable to shareholders registered in the United
Kingdom section of the share register is R13.78160 to GBP1.00.
This equates to a gross interim cash dividend of 2.53962 pence
per share to United Kingdom registered shareholders. The
dividend payable is subject to a maximum of 15% Dividend Tax,
unless any exemptions apply.
