status of Chris Boulle to an independent non-executive director with effect from 8 March 2013. Chris
was appointed as an independent non-executive alternate director to Hymie Levin on 1 September
2011.
Chris is a commercial, corporate finance, tax and trust attorney. His experience as a non-executive
director of listed companies spans more than a decade.
The board looks forward to working with Chris in his enhanced capacity.
