UPDATE ON REDEFINE’S ACCELERATED OFFER FOR FOUNTAINHEAD UNITS
Redefine and Fountainhead unitholders are referred to the announcement released yesterday in relation to Redefine’s
“first come first served offer” to acquire up to 175 000 000 Fountainhead units.
Redefine has now received acceptances in respect of in excess of 175 000 000 Fountainhead units and is considering
whether or not to increase the number of Fountainhead units it is willing to acquire in order to accommodate some of
the excess demand.
