CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Tom Borman has been
appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect
from 12 March 2013.
Mr Borman qualified as a Chartered Accountant and worked in the
BHP Billiton Group for more than 11 years. Having worked in
various countries such as the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and
Australia he has considerable experience in global business,
resource finance and the mining industry.
Metmar’s board of directors (“Board”) welcomes Tom and wishes him
every success in his new role. The Board believes that Tom’s
wealth of knowledge and experience will greatly contribute towards
achieving the Company’s objectives.
