Anglo American Long Term Incentive Plan – “LTIP”
The Company announces that the undernoted share awards granted under the LTIP in 2010
vested on 11 March 2013, following the 50% achievement of performance conditions attached
to the awards. After the sale of shares (at £18.52 / ZAR253.31 per share) where appropriate
to meet income tax and social security liabilities, the net increases in share interests are:
