CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Louis von
Zeuner as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from
1 April 2013.
Mr von Zeuner holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from University
of Stellenbosch. He spent 32 years with the ABSA Group, his last
position being that of Deputy Group Chief Executive.
The Board congratulates Mr von Zeuner on his appointment and
believes that his extensive experience in the financial services
sector will be beneficial to AFGRI.
