In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (a) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
hereby informed of the following changes to the board
of directors of Nutritional Holdings (“the Board”) with
effect from Tuesday, 12 March 2013.
The appointment of Mr Anthony Richard Pinfold (“Tony”) as
a non-executive director. Tony has vast trading experience
within the African continent as well as Asia. He has been a
player in the motor industry for over 35 years and is
currently the Chairman of GWM South Africa.
The Board wishes to welcome Tony and looks forward to his
contribution to the Company.
