Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the
Company will be held at 11:00 on Friday, 24 May 2013 at
267 West Street, Centurion Gauteng, to transact the business
as stated in the annual general meeting notice.
Record dates
The notice of annual general meeting will be posted to
shareholders of the Company who were recorded as such in the
Company's securities register on Friday, 8 March 2013.
The date on which shareholders of the Company must be recorded
as such in the Company's securities register in order to
attend and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday,
17 May 2013. The last day to trade in order to be entitled to
vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 10 May
2013.Proxy Forms must be lodged by no later than 10:00 on
Wednesday, 22 May 2013.
