Changes to executive responsibilities of Director and appointment
of Executive Director.
Pursuant to paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr. Floors Abrahams will be
stepping down as the company’s Financial Director effective 31
March 2013. He will however remain on the board as an executive
director and Group Treasurer.
Mr. Ryan McDougall has been appointed as Financial Director,
effective 31 March 2013.
