TRADING UPDATE
In terms of section 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited ("JSE"), companies are required to publish a trading statement
as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty
exists that the financial results for the period will differ by at
least 20% from the financial results for the previous corresponding
period.
Shareholders are advised that the company is in the process of
finalising its financial results for the year ended 31 December
2012 and advises that the loss for the year is expected to be
between 2.1 and 2.4 cents per share as compared to earnings of
1.18 cents per share for the comparable year. The headline loss
for the year is expected to be between 0.75 and 0.90 cents per
share as compared to headline earnings of 2.16 cents per share
for the comparable year.
The financial information on which this trading statement is
based has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s
auditors. The results for the year ended 31 December 2012 are
due to be released at the end of March 2013.
