CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
TCS (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that the employment contract of Ms Elaine Page has
expired and will not be renewed as Ms Page would like to pursue personal interests. As a result of this, Ms
Page has resigned from the Board effective 15 March 2013.
The Board thanks Ms Elaine Page for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
