Changes to the Board
Shareholders are advised that Ms Patricia White, an Independent Non-Executive Director has resigned from
the Board, effective 15 March 2013. Patricia’s resignation follows the appointment of Dr Christo Wiese,
effective 11 February 2013.
The Board would like to thank Patricia for her substantial contribution over the past years in her roles as both
a Director and an Alternate Director.
