Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of Sentula held on 19 March 2013, convened in terms
of the notice of general meeting contained in the circular to shareholders dated 18 February 2013, all the
resolutions, including the resolution to dispose of the remaining moveable equipment of Megacube Mining
Proprietary Limited by unreserved public auction, were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
