Sovereign shareholders (“Shareholders”) are advised that at the general meeting of Shareholders
held on Wednesday 20 March 2013, all the ordinary and special resolutions as set out in the notice of
general meeting dated 19 February 2013 were passed by the requisite majority of Shareholders.
The special resolutions will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due
course.
