Rebosis linked unitholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of the company, held on
Wednesday, 20 March 2013, all of the resolutions as proposed in the notice of the annual general meeting,
other than ordinary resolution 9 relating to a general authority to issue linked units for cash, were approved
by the requisite majority of linked unitholders.
