DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE FSR SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for FIRSTRAND LTD and that as a result of the
dividend declaration relating to FIRSTRAND LTD (FSR) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust
have declared a dividend amount of 55 cents per FSRNII share instalment that is payable on Tuesday,
02 April 2013. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. STC credits utilized equate to
4.27982 cents per share instalment. This results in a net dividend of 47.39197 cents per share
instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Wednesday, 20 March 2013. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex-dividend from Friday, 22 March 2013. The record date will be Thursday, 28
March 2013.
