DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE RMH SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for RMB HOLDINGS LTD and that as a result
of the dividend declaration relating to RMB HOLDINGS LTD (RMH) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 66 cents per RMHNII share instalment that is
payable on Tuesday, 02 April 2013. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. STC credits
utilized equate to 5.79905 cents per share instalment. This results in a net dividend of 56.96986
cents per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend was Wednesday, 20 March 2013. The Share Instalment will
commence trading ex-dividend today, Friday, 22 March 2013. The record date will be Thursday, 28
March 2013.
