FURTHER RENEWAL OF EXISTING CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 4
February 2013 and 7 February 2013 and are advised that the
negotiations referred to therein remain ongoing, which
negotiations may have a material effect on the price of the
Company’s securities if successfully concluded.
Accordingly, Erbacon shareholders are advised to continue
exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until
