COMPANY UPDATE DAY
Shareholders of William Tell are invited to attend a presentation which will be held at 10:00 on
Wednesday, 27 March at the registered office of William Tell, 31 Van Eck Street, Chamdor, Krugersdorp.
The presentation will include the release of the Section 155 offer of compromise document, financial effect
thereof and 3 year forecast till 30 June 2016. The forecast financial information has not been reviewed and
reported on by the Company’s auditors.
In addition the presentation and section 155 document will elaborate on the factors affecting the liquidation of
William tell Industries (Pty) Ltd, video testimony of previous employees, intended rights issue and financing
and market leading products to be introduced from start up once the plant is fully refurbished and
modernised.
