CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
informed of the appointment of Mr. Clayton Angus (“Clayton”) as
an Independent Non-executive Director with effect from 25 March
2013.
Clayton is a Chartered Accountant and is currently the Group
Financial Director of Nutritional Holdings Limited, a company
listed on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited, and was
previously the Chief Financial Officer of NOAH (Nurturing
Orphans of Aids for Humanity). Clayton served his articles of
traineeship with KPMG and has a vast experience in business,
both in South Africa and London, where he worked for two years.
The Board wishes to welcome Clayton and looks forward to his
contribution to the Company.
