RESIGNATION/APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, the
board of directors of Adrenna (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Bernard Kaiser, the
Group’s Financial Director, has resigned with effect from 25 March 2013. Bernard will, however, continue
to serve as company secretary to the Company.
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Hartmann Beukes as Financial Director with effect
from 25 March 2013. Hartmann graduated from RAU in 2006 with a B. Comm (Acc) Honours degree and
completed his articles at RSM Betty & Dickson, qualifying as a CA (SA) in 2009. He was appointed as the
group financial manager of the Colliers South Africa Holdings group of companies in 2010 (as Adrenna was
then known) and played an integral role in the subsequent restructure of the Group, which incorporated a
management buy-out of the RMS Corporate Solutions group, the focussing of the Group’s operations on that
of its core business of a commercial property holding company and the re-naming of the Group to Adrenna
Property Group.
