NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the African Oxygen Limited
Annual Report 2012 (“Annual Report”) has been published
on the Company’s website (www.afrox.com) and dispatched
to shareholders.
The annual financial statements for the year ended
31 December 2012, as set out in the Annual Report,
contain no modifications to the audited group financial
results for the year ended 31 December 2012 which were
published on SENS on Thursday, 28 February 2013.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting
(“AGM”) of shareholders will be held at the Company’s
registered office, Afrox House, 23 Webber Street, Selby,
Johannesburg, South Africa on Thursday, 23 May 2013 at
10:00 to transact the business as stated in the notice of
the AGM forming part of the Annual Report.
