APPOINTMENT OF LEAD INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraphs 3.59 and 3.84(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board
of directors of MICROmega (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr AB Swan, an
independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as the Lead Independent Director
of the Company with immediate effect.
CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF A DIRECTOR
Shareholders are further advised that, in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, the Board has considered the independence of Mr RC Lewin in terms of the provisions of
King III and accordingly has resolved that his function be changed from that of non-executive director to
independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
