CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Louisa
Stephens as an independent non-executive director of the Company
with effect from 1 April 2013.
Ms Stephens is a CA (SA) and has experience in auditing, financial
management, investment banking and private equity. Over the
years, she has evaluated and funded a number of businesses in the
agricultural sector. Most recently she held the position of Fund
Manager of uMnotho Fund, in the Fund Management Division of the
National Empowerment Fund (NEF).
The Board congratulates Ms Stephens on her appointment and looks
forward to her contribution to the Board and the Audit & Risk
Committee.
