NOTICE OF PASSING OF A DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised by the board of the passing away of Mr.
N A Gasa (“Mr. Gasa”) on Tuesday, 26 March 2013.
Mr. Gasa served on the board of DigiCore as Non-executive
director and Chairman until June 2011 and thereafter as Lead
Independent Director.
He has been a member of the DigiCore board since 2001 and was a
respected businessman. He was also part of the Company’s Black
Empowerment shareholders within DigiCore Fleet Management SA and
also served as Chairman on the board of Ctrack Mzansi.
Mr. Gasa has made a meaningful contribution to the Company
during his tenure as a director and will be dearly missed.
