VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:
On 20 March 2013, the Company allotted 62,509 new ordinary shares of 50 pence each in
order to satisfy the exercise of employee share options. As a result of this allotment, the
Company’s issued share capital as at 28 March 2013 consists of 954,535,510 ordinary shares
of 50 pence each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in
treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Intu Properties plc is 954,535,510.
The above figure of 954,535,510 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
