Godbehere, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,215 British
American Tobacco p.l.c. American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”), represented by
2,430 British American Tobacco p.l.c. ordinary shares (the “Shares”), at a price of
US$106.191 per ADR.
Following this transaction, Ms Godbehere has a beneficial and family interest in the
Company of 2,907 Shares.
