CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that with effect from 31 March 2013, Richard Friedman, a non-executive
director of the company, has resigned from the board of directors and as a member of the
remuneration and nominations committee of MiX Telematics. Anthony Welton, currently a
member of the board of directors, will be replacing Richard as a member of the remuneration and
nomination committee.
The board of directors thanks Richard for his contribution to the company and wishes him all the
best in his future endeavours.
