RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:
As a result of increased work related commitments in her
capacity as an executive of a large, global group and limited
availability to effectively fulfill her role as a director of
Gijima, Ms Nolitha Fakude has informed the board of her
resignation as an independent non-executive director from the
board of Gijima Group Limited with immediate effect. The board
wishes to express its sincere appreciation to Ms Fakude for her
valuable contribution and support during her tenure as director
of Gijima. It was an honour for the board chairman and other
members of the board to serve with Ms Fakude who brought her
business acumen and global experience and leadership to the
board. The board wishes her well for the future.
