DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF CLOVER ORDINARY SHARES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122 of the Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of
the following:
Coronation Asset Managament Proprietary Limited (“Coronation”) has
notified the Company that accounts under its management have
increased its holding in the Company from 14.87% to 15.02%.
Accordingly, Coronation’s holding represents 15,02% of the voting
rights in the Company.
